The Klenz units come with a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.

If any fault develops within that time period, please contact us with details of the fault. If this happens within six months from date of purchase, we will freely arrange for collection of the machine(s) and deliver a new unit to you. If six months has elapsed, you will arrange for delivery of the unit to us, though the repair and delivery back to you will be fully covered by us. Your original purchase receipt is required as proof of ownership, your warranty and guarantee.

Users of the Coin-Operated machines, please note that the machines come with two keys. These are very specialist dimple-style keys. Be sure to keep these very safe as acquiring replacements for lost keys is a lengthy and expensive process. We suggest you get copies cut immediately should you envisage needing them.
